DeSlop
We wrote DeSlop. Thousands of developers use it. DeSlop is a browser extension that reads the page you're on, scores the text against its patterns, and hides or highlights what reads as generated filler. It runs entirely in your browser and never calls out to a model.
What it does
The full feature list is in the repo's readme. The short version:
Tiered patterns
Phrases are weighted by how sure we are they're filler, so a sensitivity slider decides how hard it cuts.
Highlight or remove
Strip slop out of the page, or leave it in and highlight it with a note on why it was flagged.
Your own patterns
Add phrases and weights of your own, and export or import a pattern set.
Nothing leaves the browser
No account and no API calls. The checking happens on the page, in the extension.
